Get Trained in Organic Ingredient & Masque Techniques

The growing popularity of organic products is combined with benefits of facial masques in this one-day workshop that expands the variety of treatments the skin care professional can offer their clients.

Masques can be created for all different skin types and are easily customizable according to your client’s needs. They can be implemented at different points during the facial process to assist in treating skin conditions, stimulate or calm the skin. You will be able to amaze your clients by creating masques right in front of them and earn additional services while doing so. This is also a great way to upsell home care to your clients.

What You Will Learn

Attendees will learn the origins and history of masques as well as how to create them (jelly, clay, etc.) using fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, collagen and other natural sources of nutrients in order to treat various skin conditions. The benefits of each ingredient in relation to different skin conditions will be highlighted.

All supplies are included in the cost of the workshop, including a fruit mask machine to take home so you can create your own masques.

Eligibility and Requirements

Participants must possess an esthetician license or other professional licensing, including Cosmetologists (or equivalent professional governing body designation), Licensed Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practicing Nurses (LPN), Physicians’ Assistants (PA), Physicians, or Massage Therapists. Exceptions may be made for graduate students in the above fields or students in their last quarter of study.
