Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning Training for Estheticians and Nurses!
With roughly 2 million Instagram posts tagged #dermaplaning, ranging from videos to before and after photos, this skincare procedure has gained major popularity among beauty enthusiasts. Dermaplaning thoroughly exfoliates the skin using a No. 10 surgical blade held at a 45-degree angle to gently scrape the skin’s outer layer, which consists of dull, dead skin cells. Dermaplaning helps minimize imperfections, removes fine lines while improving texture (think silky smooth skin), and removes vellus hair! Dermaplaning also increases product penetration, so your results are instantly visible.
For practicing estheticians and licensed professionals, offering this skin care treatment to clients is cost-effective with a strong ROI because it requires very little equipment and supplies. This treatment requires skill and proper training to perfect. But, its great benefit is that skin care specialists can offer dermaplaning as a signature new treatment or an add-on to an existing treatment.
Upon successful completion of this workshop, attendees will receive a dermaplaning training certificate from the instructor.

What You Will Learn and Receive in Your Training
In this hosted workshop, participants will learn to safely and effectively remove the stratum corneum skin cells using a surgical blade. Training begins with theory. Attendees must be prepared to also be models. Practical practice is then done first on one’s own thigh, then on each other’s forearm, then on each other’s faces. Every step of practice is supervised, so you will learn rapidly while being comfortable and confident.
Participants of the dermaplaning training will receive an official Deluxe Professional Starter Kit, which includes enough supplies for 20 treatments (a value of over $150). This kit has everything you need to start providing Dermaplaning immediately upon receiving certification.
