This will assist you in finding an area that appeals to your interest with skin care.
A: We will assist you in finding a position; however finding a job is not a guarantee. The student's level of professionalism will better the odds of getting the position.
A: We will schedule an appointment that allows a prospective student the opportunity to attend a current class for an hour. This will give you a better view of the classroom setting.
A: The average size of our classes varies by schedule and enrollment is limited. Practical classes have a maximum of 20 students and lecture/theory classes have a maximum of 30 students.
A: We incorporate both practical as well as lecture/theory from the very first day of the course. Each topic in the course has both practical and theoretical elements. Senior students during the last 300 hours of training focus more heavily on practical applications in order to prepare for licensing and employment in the esthetics industry.
A: The current pass rate for the New York State Board Exam, both written and practical, is 92%. The pass rate is indicative of our commitment in grooming students for success.

A: No. Atelier Esthétique Institute of Esthetics accepts enrollment for a full course of study only. Students must attend all classes within a set schedule. Schedules are offered during full or part-time during the day, in the evening, and on the weekend. Speak with the Admissions department for more information on course availability.
A: We offer our alumni the opportunity to refresh any skills they learned while in the Esthetics program, and provide discounts on select advanced courses as well as salon/spa products. The door is always open to our alumni.
A: Yes, we have guest lecturers come in to speak with our students - especially on employment and business topics. The school also participates in outside events such as Beauty and Makeup Shows and spa and resort conferences. We also visit spas, salons, and retail establishments.
A: Students are exposed to a variety of instructors and teaching styles. Our instructors are licensed by the New York State Education Department and have many years of work experience in the fields of esthetics, waxing, makeup, and spa management.
A: The esthetics course is approved for Federal Financial Aid, if the student qualifies. In addition, the schools offers an interest-free payment plan. A discount is provided if the student pays their tuition in full by the start of the course. Advanced Courses are cash only and must be paid in full by the start date.
