Anne Bramhan is coming back to Atelier Esthétique Institute of Esthetics – for three days – to teach the Advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), the Dr. Vodder Method from Austria.

Successfully completing this program leads to becoming a Dr. Vodder Certified MLD Esthetician .

With these new skills on your resume, not only can you now address many more skin conditions but you now start receiving referrals from physicians to treat their patients!

A respected skincare industry expert, with more than thirty years of professional experience, Ms. Bramham will share her knowledge with us.

Developed in Austria, MLD encourages the elimination of metabolic waste while accelerating the flow of fresh oxygen and nutrients. MLD is a slow rhythmical massage whose many benefits include reducing inflammation and swelling postsurgery, treating allergy-prone and smoker’s skin, relieving symptoms of sinusitis and TMJ, and to boost one’s immune system.

MLD is the perfect bridge between esthetics and therapy – a modality which delivers relaxation, rejuvenation, detoxifying drainage and skin healing.  Respected educator, Anne Brahman, has introduced Dr. Vodder’s training to top spa destinations throughout the US.

MLD consists of rhythmical movements using nothing but your fingertips. The lymphatic system is the secondary circulatory system known as the body’s defender and garbage collector.  Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) encourages the elimination of metabolic waste, excess fluid, and proteins while accelerating the flow of fresh oxygen and nutrients.

Working on the lymphatics of the face and neck, not the muscles, MLD has an entirely different technique, a gentle stretching of the skin – which can only be taught by an Expert Certified Dr. Vodder Instructor. It is great to treat clients with puffy skin (due to sinusitis, smoking, allergies, a cold).  And for the swelling of the face and neck following plastic surgery, MLD is the only treatment able to be used with incredible results.

20 HOURS – CERTIFICATION AWARDED BY THE DR. VODDER SCHOOL OF AUSTRIA

Testimonial from a MLD Student

“Ms. Hanson, the Basic MLD class was incredibly informative. I really feel like my confidence has risen tenfold. Anne was inspiring, comforting and warm. She jumped right in when we needed help, and was right there to give us a pat on the back when we were doing a good job. I was really happy that the class was so small, because I really felt like we each got individual attention from Anne that might not have been possible if the class were any bigger. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful class!”~ Beth Cohen
