Esthetics is a specialty section of education taken from Cosmetology, which deals with the health and beautification of the skin, both face and body.

A cosmetologist is a hair care specialist, who has minimal training on skin care. An esthetician is a skin care therapist who has special training in the study and care of the skin.

With your license you can go into many different areas within the field of esthetics such as: medical esthetician, make-up artist, cosmetics buyer, cosmetic researcher, beauty editor, instructor of esthetics, etc. We will discuss the different avenues you might consider in the program. This will assist you in finding an area that appeals to your interest with skin care.

We will assist you in finding a position; however finding a job is not a guarantee. The student’s level of professionalism will better the odds of getting the position.

We have a 92% placement ratio.

We will schedule an appointment that allows a prospective student the opportunity to attend a current class for one full hour. This will give you a better view of the classroom setting.

The average sizes of our classes are 15 students per class, with a maximum of 20 students.

We incorporate both practical as well as lecture from the very first day of class. Approximately, the last 300 ending hours of the course is a concentration of practical study to prepare you for the esthetics industry.

Our current pass rate for the State board exam, both written and practical, is 98%. This pass rate is due to our commitment in grooming you for success.

The course does have a basic overview of aromatherapy and essential oils. We do at times offer advanced classes in those two topics, so keep in contact and ask to be places on our mailing list for advanced classes.

We teach many current and hot industry advanced topics such as microdermabrasion, bridal make-up, airbrush make-up, and ITEC training valid in 25 countries. Other topics are discussed but not shown in a practical aspect.

Yes, we actually teach body treatments in our equipped professional clinic wet/shower area.

No, that is not apart of our esthetics program, only skin care massage.

Absolutely not, once you enroll for a course you are to attend the scheduled program. We want to track your progress to maximize your education and have you act in a professional manner. You will be informed of your start and ending dates for the class you enroll for.

We always discount courses as well as products for our students and graduates. The door is always open for your needs and concerns we just ask you call beforehand so we can set an appointment to better assist you.

Full time is during the week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, it takes 16 weeks to complete give or take holiday and school closings. Part-time Evenings is Sunday-Thursday 6:15pm-10:00pm, and Part-time Weekends is Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am-5:00pm (also give or take scheduled school closings).

Yes, we have guest lecturers come in to speak with and train our students. We spend an entire Module on business practices and job skills.

In addition to Simple Solutions we use Aquasante, we import various other products to keep you abreast and knowledgeable of the leading products in the industry today.

Yes the school participates in the Spa and Resort Expo and Beauty Shows related to our field and they are mostly held during the day although they sometimes do not end until 7pm.

There are different teachers for the day and for the night, however teachers do substitute for one another and you might get to experience a teacher from the day if you’re a night student or the night if you’re a day student.
